Donald Trump orders nullification of left-handed voters in swing states

It has consistently been estimated that 10% of Americans are left-handed, meaning to assure a fair election, one wherein he is the victor, The Great Leader has issued an Executive Order declaring that all votes cast by left-handed voters in the following swing states will be voided.
Additionally, The Great Leader went about mimicking the famous words of the late Martin Luther King Jr. by saying:
"Fair at last. Fair at last. Thank God Almighty a fair election at Last."
FYI: It is estimated that approximately 10% of the population is left-handed. The table below sets for the (a) total populations, (b) populations under 18, (c) eligible voter populations, and (d) left-handed voter populations.
In the 2016 election, of the 270 votes needed to win the presidency, The Great Leader garnered 306 electoral college votes verses 232 for Clinton. Of the states listed in the table above, Nevada is the only state that Clinton won in 2016.
The states in the table above total 195 electoral college votes. There is no doubt that The Great Leader will win the 124 electoral college votes in the states listed below. Therefore, by cancelling out the 10.3 million left-handed votes in the November 2020 election, The Great Leader is guaranteed to accumulate a total of 319 elector college votes, meaning he will win in a landslide.
