U.S. Judge John Adams of Akron, OH; ethical gnome

The state of Ohio presented John R. Adams with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Akron School of Law.

Former President George W. Bush was duped into appointing Johnny to a seat as a U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of Ohio in 2003. Johnny didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified lawyer in the greater Akron area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

It should be noted that this isn’t the first article exposing Johnny’s ethical shortcomings. A review of a prior award to Johnny can be viewed by visiting the URLs at the end of this article.

In early 2016, the Judicial Council for the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny refused to undergo a mental health examination when ordered to do so by the Judicial Council. (Screw you, said Johnny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Council punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

To further prove that the Judicial Council is made up of a bunch of comedians, the Council further punished Johnny by stating that new cases would be assigned to him for at least two years and that his current cases should be transferred to other judges.

This laughable order means that Johnny will continue to receive a taxpayer funded weekly check of $3,830 even though he isn’t providing any services of any kind on behalf of the citizens of Northern Ohio.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Arrogant Johnny continues to sit a U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of Ohio in Akron, Ohio.
