Solicitor Yeo Roy of Singapore; lying loser

The Law Society of Singapore presented Yeo Kan Kiang Roy with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the National University of Singapore School of Law.

The Singapore Disciplinary Tribunal found Yeo guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Misled client into believing he was still acting for the client when he had obtained a discharge from so acting

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Three Judges of the Republic of Singapore punished Yeo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Yeo practices with the Sterling Law Corporation at 4 Battery Road in Singapore.
