Solicitor Lee Terk Yang of Singapore; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Singapore presented Lee Terk Yang with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the National University of Singapore School of Law.

The Singapore Disciplinary Tribunal found Lee guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual intercourse with a client in the course of representing her in her divorce proceedings (aka, dual solicitor screwing)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Three Judges of the Republic of Singapore punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Lee failed to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.flintbattery.com.  Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Lee practices with Flint & Battery LLC at 7 Temasek Blvd in Singapore.
