Solicitor Ha Pon Lin of Hong Kong; convicted criminal  

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Ha Pon Lin with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Ha Pon Lin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of conspiracy to pervert the course of public justice
• Sentenced to 12 months imprisonment

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Ha Pon Lin by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Ha Pon Lin practices with Pang Wan & Choi at 34-37 Connaught Road Central in Hong Kong.
