Attorney Mariano Pefianco of Philippines; adulterous loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Mariano R. Pefianco with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Committee on Bar Discipline found Mariano guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly shared fees with non-lawyers
• Betrayed his marital vow of fidelity by engaging in sexual relations outside marriage
• Committing adultery considered disgraceful and immoral as it manifests deliberate disregard of the sanctity of marriage and the marital vows protected by the Constitution and affirmed by Philippine laws

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Mariano by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license and issued a warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Mariano practices his brand of law in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
