Attorney Crispin Reyes of the Philippines; imbecile, scofflaw  

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Crispin T. Reyes with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Crispin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used intemperate language in violation of Code of Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Crispin by gifting him with a complimentary Two Thousand Pesos (P20,000) fine.
