Attorney Carmina Alejandro-Abbas of the Philippines; abusive scofflaw

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Carmina A. Alejandro-Abbas with a law license in 1974 after she graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Carmina guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in high-handed and abusive conduct
  • Violated to uphold the constitution
  • Failed to obey the laws of the land (Up yours, said Carmina!)
  • Failed to promote respect for the law and of legal processes

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Carmina by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license and issued a stern warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Carmina practices in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines.
