Attorney Karen Silverio-Buffe of the Philippines; ethical misfit  

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Karen M. Silverio-Buffe with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of Santo Tomas Law School.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to uphold the integrity of the legal profession
• Failed to support the activities of the integrated bar
• Failed to live up to her lawyer’s oath
• Failed to obey the laws of the Philippines
• Failed to promote the respect for the law and for legal processes

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Philippine Supreme Court punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary P10,000.00 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Karen practices in Romblon, Romblon, Philippines.
