Attorney Rosario Bautista of the Philippines; Dumbo  

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Rosario B. Bautista with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines Law School.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Rosie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Philippine Supreme Court punished Rosie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.  

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Rosie practices in Luna, Kalinga-Apayao, Philippines.
