The Committee on Bar Discipline found Leo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Leo!)
• Failed to promptly return funds owing to client
• Failed to act competently (moron)
• Failed to comply with client demand to return funds not used for processing of transfer of land title
• Failed to advise client of status of her case
• Failed to respond to client inquires
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on Phillipine Supreme Court punished Leo by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
