Judge Alan Flores of the Philippines; idiotic loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Alan L. Flores with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Guilty of gross ignorance of the law (idiot)
  • Treated comment of the Secretary of Finance and Commissioner of Internal Revenue as a mere scrap of paper because the comment was filed through LBC, not by personal filing or registered mail
  • Illegally issued temporary a temporary restraining order and writ of preliminary injunction against the Secretary of Finance and Commissioner of Internal Revenue who both hold office in Metro Manila, outside the territorial area where his court could lawfully exercise its jurisdiction
  • Committed a gross and patent error which makes him liable for gross ignorance of the law notwithstanding his claim of good faith
  • Alan’s gross and patent error produces an inference of bad faith on his part, considering that the issue of his lack of jurisdiction was raised

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension from the bench without pay and a warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Alan continues to sit as a Regional Trial Court Judge in Iligan City, Philippines.
