Judge Ofelia Tuazon-Pinto of the Philippines; moronic scofflaw

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Ofelia Tuazon-Pinto with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Albert guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Guilty of gross ignorance of the law (moron)
  • Guilty of gross ignorance of legal procedures (imbecile)
  • Improperly abdicated essential judicial responsibilities to her clerk
  • Authorized her clerk to issue commitment or release orders that required the exercise of judicial discretion and was not merely clerical or administrative
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in flagrant disregard of the law (Up yours, said Ofelia!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Ofelia by gifting her with a complimentary P40,000.00 fine to be deducted from her accrued leave benefits.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Ofelia continue to sit as Presiding Judge, RTC of Angles City, Branch 60, Angels City, Philippines.
