Solicitor Thomas Flood  of Dublin, Ireland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Ireland presented Thomas Flood with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Brendan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Tommy!)
  • Failed to attend several scheduled Registrar’s Committee Meetings (Up yours, said Tommy!)
  • Failed to respond to client correspondence
  • Failed t comply with several client undertakings
  • Failed to refund fees as directed by the Registrar’s Committee in a timely manner (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a fine of £2,500.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Chris practices with Esmond Reilly Solicitors at Dargan House, Fenian Street in Dublin, Ireland.
