Trump lawyer John Dowd: Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

The state of New York and Florida provided Johnny with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the Albany Law School at Union University, which is tied for 109th best law school in the country.

Shortly after Bob Mueller was named Special Counsel to investigate Donald “Trumporleone” Trump and various Trump Toadies for working with Russians to affect the outcome of the 2016 presidential election, The Great Leader hired attorney John Dowd to defend him against allegations of wrongdoing.

The primary thrust of Mr. Mueller’s investigation of The Great Leader was charges of obstruction of justice in his firing of former FBI Director James Comey and his conduct in leaning on Comey to end the investigation of Gen. Michael Flynn.

In a dual effort to prove that he’s a total Moron and an Aspiring Standup Comedian, Mr. Dowd made the following statement in defense of his client The Great Leader.

“The President cannot obstruct justice because he is the chief law enforcement officer under [the Constitution's Article II] and has every right to express his view of any case.”

Apparently, Johnny the Dumbo isn’t aware that President Nixon was impeached by the House of Representatives on Obstruction of Justice charges in his attempt to end the Watergate investigation. This asinine argument is analogous to Nixon’s statement to David Frost:

“When the President does it, that means that it is not illegal.”

Apparently, Albany Law School didn’t offer any classes in Constitutional Law when Johnny attended the school in the late 1970s. Either that or he just opted out of taking those type of classes.

It is reported that the Republican National Committee has paid Johnny at least $100,000. It is further reported that Johnny charges between $750 to $1,000 an hour for his so-called legal representation.

I’m confident that The Great Leader could have employed an attorney for $150 an hour or less to tell him that any president including The Great Leader can be found guilty of Obstructing Justice.

Maybe The Great Leader should think about hiring someone that isn’t as stupid as Johnny the Dumbo is in defending him against any impending charges for Obstructing Justice.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Johnny practices his brand of incompetent law at 29 Industrial Park Drive in Binghamton, New York.
