Solicitor Christine Murray of Ayrshire, Scotland; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented Christine Margaret Murray with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School. 

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Christine guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Christine found it acceptable to fail to respond in a timely manner

• Failed to fully cooperate with Law Society investigators (Up Yours, said Christine!)
• Failed to openly and accurately respond to Law Society inquiries
• Failed to comply with statutory Law Society notices served upon her

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Annaline by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Christine practices in Mauchline, Ayrshire, Scotland.
