Solicitor Viji Thadsanamorthy of New South Wales; thieving loser

The Law Society presented Viji Thadsanamorthy with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Viji guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated client funds (thief)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit certain trust money in a general trust account
• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Issued a tax invoice and charged GST when not entitled (x2)
• Failed to maintain required file register

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Viji by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $5,000.00.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Viji practices his brand of law at 20 Magento Place in Prestons, New South Wales.
