Solicitor Caroline Goodenough of Scotland; ethical goblin

The Law Society presented Caroline Rose Goodenough with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Caroline guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to act with integrity
• Knowingly and intentionally misled others

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Caroline by gifting her with a complimentary censure and imposed a fine of £3,000.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Caroline practices her so-called brand of law with Keenan Solicitors at 2 Argyle Street in Greenock, Scotland.
