► Barrister Daren Timson-Hunt of England; convicted pervert

The Law Society presented Daren Frederick Timson-Hunt with a Barristers license in 2001 after he graduated from the Nottingham School of Law. 

The Bar Standards Board found Daren guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Behaved in a way which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in him or in the profession
• Engaged in unprofessional conduct
• Operated equipment (a mobile phone) beneath the clothing of another person with the intention of enabling him or a third person to observe the genitals or buttocks of the other person in circumstances where they would not otherwise be visible, for the purposes of obtaining sexual gratification
• Admitted to “upskirting” a female passenger on the Northern Line at Embankment Station
• Convicted for above conduct at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 26 September 2019, he was sentenced to a Community Order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Daren by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his barrister’s license.  

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Daren practices his brand of law in London, United Kingdom.
