Solicitor Myroslava Zhukovska of New South Wales; moronic cheater

The Law Society presented Myroslava Zhukovska a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Myroslava guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory Professional Conduct
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to ace with due diligence (slacker)
• Charged excessive legal costs (cheater)
• Preferred own interests to those of his client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain instructions before making unsecured loan from client's funds
• Failed to deposit client funds into a client trust account
• Improperly borrowed money from a client
• Failed to disclose receipt of trust money

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Ahmad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $9,000.00.  

As we speak (ca. December 2020), Myroslava practices his brand of law with McMahon Todd Pty at 9 Oaks Avenue in Dee Why, New South Wales, Australia.
