Barrister Amiot Vollenweider of England; convicted of assault
The Law Society presented Amiot Marcus Ellerton Vollenweider with a Barristers license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law.
The Bar Standards Board found Amiot guilty of the following misconduct.
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Amiot by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2020), Amiot practices with the Thomas More Chambers at 7 Lincoln’s Inn Fields in London, United Kingdom.
