Barrister Martin Jones of England; ethical dwarf  

The Law Society presented Martin Wynne Jones with a Barristers license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law. 

The Bar Standards Board found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take reasonable steps to manage his practice competently and in such a way as to achieve compliance with his legal and regulatory obligations
• Practices as a barrister when not entitled to so by reason of the fact that he did not have a practicing certificate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Marty practices with the Chambers of Michael Mansfield QC at 7 New Square in London, United Kingdom.
