The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal has charged Davey with engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Davey failed to advise adequately his clients investing in four property development schemes about the high risks inherent in the schemes.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Davey by the enablers for Solicitor Misfis sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
