Barrister David Farley of Manchester, UK; moronic scofflaw

The Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn provided Satvir Aujla-Sahota with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law.

The Bar Standards Board found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law without valid barrister’s practicing certificate
• Failed to take reasonable steps to manage his practice competently (moron)
• Failed to take steps to achieve compliance with his legal and regulatory obligations
• Conduct likely to have diminished the trust and confidence which the public placed in Davey and the profession

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Davey practices at 25 Essex Street in Manchester, United Kingdom.
