Solicitor John Tudor of Wales; ethical gnome

The Law Society presented John Tudor with a law license in 1984.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct

  • Failed to maintain adequate accounting records
  • Failed to carry out adequate client account reconciliations for the firm
  • Failed to maintain proper accounting systems
  • Failed to ensure that money which had been paid into client account in breach of the rules was withdrawn from the client account promptly upon discovery

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary fine of £2,500 (US $3,038.00) and assessed costs of £12,000 (US $14,578.00)

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Johnny practices with Tidur Owen Roberts Glynne & Co. at 157 High Street, Bangor, Gwynedd, Wales.
