The Law Society presented Marco Dellapina with a law license in 2000.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Marco guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made unallocated round sum transfers from client accounts to office account
• Caused or permitted 30 unallocated transactions in breach of rules
• Permitted 27 client debit balances to exist in client accounts
• Failed to keep accounting records properly written up
• Failed to achieve accounting outcomes
• Failed to carry out client account reconciliations every five weeks

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Marco by gifting him with a complimentary £3,750 ($4,147) fine and ordered that he pay £10,000 ($11,058) in costs.
