Solicitor Donald Murray of Kirkcaldy, Scotland; ethical dwarf 

The Law Society of Scotland presented Donald Stewart Murray with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School. 

The Council of the Law Society of Scotland found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy delayed in undertaking any work in an attempt to conclude the administration of the late Mrs. A’s estate for fourteen (14) years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
