Attorney Juan Palau of Bogota, Columbia; deadbeat loser

The State of New York provided Juan Carlos Palau with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Northwestern University School of Law.

The Department Disciplinary Board found Juan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay mandatory $375 annual registration fee
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Juan!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Department Disciplinary Board punished Juan by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Juan practices with Juan Carlos Palau Abogados at CR 1 Este No. 70-A in Bogota, Columbia.
