Barrister Mohammed Khan of New Zealand; moronic loser

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Mohammed Faiyam Khan with a law license in 1989.

The found New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Mohammed guilty of the following misconduct.

• Breached terms of a solicitor’s certificate when acting for lender
• Failed to obtain signature of guarantor that executed lender agreement
• Engaged in incompetence in professional capacity (moron)
• Engaged in negligent conduct
• Misconduct reflected on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Disciplinary Tribunal punished Mohammed by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
