Attorney Paul Anderson of Toronto, CAN; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society of Canada presented Paul John Anderson with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of New Brunswick Law School.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Improperly withdrew $10,700 from trust account
• Failed to deliver accounting of earned fees to client
• Failed to maintain proper books and records
• Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of client trust

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of Inquiry punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Paulie practices with Anderson Bourdon Burgess Professional Corporation at 454 Brown’s Line in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
