Attorney Jonathan Richert of Manitoba, CAN; ethical elf

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Jonathan Andrew Richert with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Law.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Johnny!)
• Failed to ace with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to respond to numerous client calls

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary $1,500.00 fine and costs of $4,500 in costs.
