Attorney Wade MacGregor of Vancouver, BC; ethical troll

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Wade C. Macgregor with a law license in 1990.

The Law Society of British Columbia Disciplinary Committee found Wade guilty of the following misconduct.

• Counseled client to violate spousal support orders
• Breached rules while advising client to breach Separation Agreement
• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Counseled client to withhold payment per Separation Agreement pending court hearing that he knew was not an available remedy with the bounds of the law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Wade by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Wade practices with A.E. Penner Law Corporation at 4720 Lazelle Avenue in Terrace,, British Columbia, Canada.
