Attorney John Nunziata of Toronto, CAN; perjurer, loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented John Nunziata with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from York University Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Engaged in conduct unbecoming a licensee
• Lied under oath during hearing before Justice of the Peace
• Falsely testified that he did not kick M.M., an act he later admitted under oath at his trial to doing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished

Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Canada are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Johnny was never criminally charged with perjury or obstruction of justice.
