Attorney Henry Siwak of Alberta, CAN; cheating loser

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Henry Siwak with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from York University Law School.

The Hearing Committee of the Law Society of Saskatchewan found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny improperly charged a client fees based on a percentage of the property settlement involving a matrimonial property matter.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee of the Law Society of Saskatchewan punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
