Attorney John Sinclair of Toronto, CAN; slacker

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented John Loring Rheal Sinclair with a law license in 1965.

The Law Society Disciplinary Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to service client in conscientious manner
• Failed to deposit funds to pooled trust account
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with a practice direction
• Breached trust account rules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary $3,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Johnny practices with Legal Aid Ontario at 444 Yonge Street in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
