Attorney Paul Mullin of Prince Edward Island, CAN; ethical elf

The Law Society of Prince Edward Island presented Paul J.D. Mullin with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Prince Edward Island Disciplinary Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Acted for clients with conflicting interests
• Failed to obtain client consent to represent clients with conflicting interests
• Failed to advise clients to seek independent legal advice
• Continued business transaction with clients when his personal interests conflicted
• Allowed his business activities to jeopardize integrity and competence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary $3,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Paulie practices at 14 Great George Street in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
