The Law Society of Upper Canada found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Pete have failed to co-operate with a law society investigation by failing to reply promptly and completely to requests made in communications from the complaints resolution department.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of Inquiry punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
