Attorney Paul Mullen of Alberta, CAN; ethical elf

The Law Society of Alberta presented Paul S. Mullen with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Alberta Law School.

Ethics investigators for the Law Society of Alberta found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to be candid with client
• Engaged in a potential conflict of interest situation
• Failed to obtain consent of parties that it was not in their best interest in having
• Paulie represent all of them
• Caused land title documents to be registered w/o proper authorization

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Paulie practices with Mullen & Co. at 11012 MacLeod Trail SE in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
