• Failed to act in client’s best interest
• Failed to appreciate difference between adult and youth sentencing
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to represent client in efficient manner

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law

Disciplinary Board punished Gisele by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
