The Law Society presented Cassie Leigh Davis with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Davie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to communicate with client
• Excessive delay in prosecuting client claims
• Failed to brief counsel in accordance with his instructions
• Ordered to apologize

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Davie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
