The Law Society presented Erich Hein Conradie with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Erich guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act with competence (moron)
• Improper dealing with client’s trust money in sum of $10,000 for his own benefit [cheater]
• Failed to comply with court orders
• Consented to a court judgment without prior consent from client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Erich by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand 12-month suspension of his law license.
