Solicitor Frank Cop of Queensland, AUS; moronic slacker

The Law Society presented Frank Cop with a law license in 1993.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain reasonable standards of competence (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to render bill of costs to client as requested
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Frankie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Frankie practices with Cop & Company at 17 Oceanic Street in Wellington Point, Queensland, Australia.
