Solicitor Barry Atkins of Queensland, AUS; idiotic slacker

The Law Society presented Barry Edwards Atkins with a law license in 1988.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in misleading and deceptive conduct
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to maintains standards of competence (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, was fined $7,500 and ordered to pay $2,500 in costs.
