Solicitor Gary Cummings of Australia; ethical leprechaun

The Law Society presented Gary Cummings with a law license in 1966.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to assure trust account was audited
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to perform required monthly trust account reconciliations
• Transferred $2,270 from trust account to general account w/o lawful authority
• Committed 85 offenses involving 78 clients in violation of Trust Accounts Act

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license and a $10,000 fine.  

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Gary practices at 9 Bay Street in Queensland, Australia.
