Attorney Cheng Wang of Shanghai, China; scofflaw

The state of Washington provided Cheng Wang with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Seattle University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Cheng guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cheng found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law while his law license was suspended.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Cheng by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
