Texas State Rep. Yvonne Davis of Dallas; scofflaw, idiot, ethical leprechaun

 

Regrettably, Rep. Yvonne Davis was able to hoodwink the voters of Dallas into electing her to the 111th District in 1992.
 
Pursuant to Chapter § 254.0612 of the Election Code, for all contributions of $500 or more, a
candidate is required to disclose (a) the individual’s principal occupation or job title and (b) the full name of the individual’s employer. This requirement went into effect in September 2003.
 
It is painfully clear that Rep. Yvonne Davis is yet another intellectual dwarf and/or certified moron who is incapable of understanding the Texas Campaign Laws in regards to disclosure of the name and/or job title of contributors to her campaigns.
 
It is truly amazing that so many Texas Legislator’s are either certified morons incapable of understanding Election laws and/or are of the opinion that they can thumb their collective noses at said laws.
 
It would seem that the I.Q. of Rep. Yvonne Davis is equal to are less than the legal speed limit for semis traveling on I-30 in the downtown Dallas area. Put simply, Rep. Yvonne Davis gives certified morons a bad name if ya know what I mean.
 
From 2004 through 2007 Rep. Yvonne Davis violated Texas disclosure laws on one-hundred-fifteen (115) occasions. The total amount involved was $66,050 as set forth below.
