State Rep. Jerry Sexton (R-TN): Today’s “Nauseating Racist” Award Winner

Jerry was successful in duping the voters in the greater Granger County area into electing him as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives in November 2014.

During a recent (ca. June 2020) vote in the House, dyed-in-the-wool bigot and slave owner apologist Jerry voted to keep a bust of Confederate general and Ku Klux Klan Grand Dragon Nathan Bedford Forrest on full display in the capitol.

To cement his status as one of Tennessee’s Leading Racists, Jerry had the audacity to make the following statements about KKK Grand Dragon Nathan Bedford Forrest.

  • “It was not against the law to own slaves back then.” (The Good old days Southern Honkies)
  • “Who knows, maybe some of us [Honkies] will be slaves one of these days.” (We can only hope Jerry Baby!)
  • “But what about the people that I represent, that it will offend them if we move this?” They’ll [fellow racists] be offended.”
  • “They won’t like it. But it doesn’t seem to matter.”

To prove that besides being a disgusting racist, Jerry decided to establish his bona fides as a Monumental Moron when he spewed forth the following irrelevant crap.

“Who decides what is ethical, what is right, when we’re killing

millions of babies every year in this country because of abortion?”

What in the hell does abortion have to do with slavery or the Ku Klux Klan Jerry?

And lastly, it should be remembered that at one time Jerry was an ordained Baptist Minister. I wonder if he preached racism while tending to his flock or did, he spend most of his time fleecing the flock to unjustly enrich himself.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Jerry the Racist continues to represent the 35th district in the Tennessee House of Representatives
