State Rep. James Spillane (R-NH): Today’s “Nauseating Bigot” Award Winner

Jimmy succeeded in duping the voters in Candia, Deerfield and Nottingham in 2014 into electing him as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives.

FYI: Jimmy was found guilty in 2010 of driving while intoxicated and was then arrested in 2017 again on a drunk driving charge. Also, he is the divorced father of three children. Wonder why the Mother decided to get away from Jimmy the drunk?

In one matter, Jimmy decided to further establish his bona fides as a dyed-in-the-wool bigot by sending out one or more Facebook posts that contained threats against Black Lives Matter (BLM), which are as follows.

  • Public Service Announcement: If you see a BLM sign on a lawn it’s the same as having the porch light on for Halloween.”  “You’re free to loot and burn that house.”

Because of his threats as set forth above, Jimmy is being investigated by law enforcement officials for publicly calling for the torching of BLM supporters’ homes.

More specifically, New Hampshire Department of Justice is probing whether Jimmy violated the New Hampshire Civil Rights Act, which states that “all persons have the right to engage in lawful activities and to exercise and enjoy the rights secured by the United States and New Hampshire Constitutions and the laws of the United States and New Hampshire without being subject to actual or threatened physical force or violence against them.”

All that remains now is to see how long it takes Jimmy the Bigot to cop a plea to reduce the amount of time he may have to spend at the Northern New Hampshire Correctional Facility in Berlin, New Hampshire.

And lastly, Jimmy is likely guaranteed to be reelected despite his obvious racist attitude. And the reason is set forth by the ethnicity of the voters in his district as set forth below.

  • Nottingham: 95.9% white v. 0.4% black
  • Deerfield: 98.5% white v. 0.1% black
  • Candia: 96.6) white v. 0.3% black

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Jimmy continues to sit as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives.
