State Rep. Rodney Garcia (R-MT): Today’s “Lunatic” Award Winner

Rodney is a loser that duped the voters in the greater Billings area to elect him as member of the Montana House of Representatives in November 2018.

In addition to being an admitted wife beater (see URL at end of this article) Rodney is also a raving lunatic who cheerfully attacked Democrats and/or their supporters as enemies of the Constitution, etc. Towards that end, Rodney made the following asinine statements to a reporter at a January 31, 2020 Republican party event in Helena.

• “Socialists are enemies of the free state.”
• "So actually, in the Constitution of the United States (if) they are found guilty of being a socialist member you either go to prison or are shot.
• "I agree with my Constitution. That’s what makes us free. We’re not a democracy, we’re a Republic Constitution."

One thing for sure is that Rodney is a total Moron because there is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that says if one is guilty of being a socialist they either go to prison or are executed.

And lastly, Rodney is lucky that you can’t be imprisoned for being a Low I.Q. Moron.!

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Rodney continues to sit as a Montana House of Representatives.
