Today’s Dumbo Award Winner is Rep. Michelle Bachman
The WatchDawg is proud to announce that Rep. Michelle Bachman of Minnesota is today’s Dumbo Award Winner.
After giving her so-called response to President Obama’s State of the Union speech, two dozen or more reporters chased her down a hall in the Capitol complex seeking an explanation for her speech.
She laughingly responded by saying, “I never took this is a State of the Union response, necessarily”
This imbecilic response (my apologies to imbeciles) despite the fact that the title above the text of her speech released by her office Tuesday night (Jan 26) said:
“Bachmann’s Response to State of the Union” (Washington Post, Dana Milbank – 01/25/10)
Clearly Michelle missed her calling as a standup comedian, right?
Congrats Michelle; keep up the good work! We should let your constituents all know of your amazing record; you are far too modest.
